Senior c++ engineer

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of high-performance C++ applications, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Translate complex technical specifications into robust, high-quality code and software architectures.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues, implementing innovative and effective solutions.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated tests, and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering professional growth within the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align technical solutions with business goals.

• Extensive experience in C++ development, with 5+ years in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to tackle challenging technical issues.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with colleagues, management, and clients.
• Proactive, collaborative, and committed to continuous learning and innovation.
• Completed HBO or WO education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
• Comfortable working remotely with engineering teams in other countries than the Netherlands.
