What You'll Do * Modernise critical legacy Java services using AI-driven analysis and refactoring * Apply migration patterns (e.g. strangler fig) to deliver clean, modern APIs * Ship improvements in fast cycles with measurable gains in performance and reliability * Build AI-powered tooling, including MCP servers and AI-assisted CI/CD pipelines * Demonstrate how AI transforms developer productivity and code quality
