We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join a small, high-impact team supporting Intelligence Community operations in the CBRN mission space. This is a unique opportunity to develop innovative, cloud-based tools that enhance operational awareness, data analysis, and decision-making for real-world intelligence challenges. You'll work in a secure Government Cloud environment at RAF Molesworth, collaborating closely with analysts, data scientists, and mission partners to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions. The world can't wait. What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy full stack applications supporting IC and CBRN mission needs
- Build and maintain analytic tools and data pipelines using Python, SQL, Spark, PySpark, and NiFi
- Integrate with externally hosted systems using REST API calls
- Integrate data from multiple classified and open-source systems
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, performance, and compliance with security requirements
- Optimize data processing workflows in distributed computing environments
- Design and implement intuitive dashboards and web applications using tools such as Kibana, Foundry Workshop (Palantir), or custom HTML web apps
- Translate complex analytical outputs into user-friendly interfaces for operational stakeholders
- Partner with analysts, operators, and mission stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical solutions
- Identify system enhancements and emerging technologies to improve mission effectiveness
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, Data Engineer, or Software Developer
- Experience supporting the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense environments
- Experience in Python and working with databases
- Experience with big data frameworks such as Spark, PySpark, or Elastic Search
- Experience with a data visualization platform such as Kibana or Foundry Workshop/Palantir
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and development in classified environments
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science field
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with advanced data integration and large-scale analytics platforms
- Experience supporting CBRN, WMD, counterproliferation, or related mission areas
- Experience with CBRN analytical data systems or modeling tools
- Experience modernizing legacy systems within secure environments
- Experience implementing containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker or Kubernetes
- Experience developing standalone webapps utilizing HTML, CSS, or JS
- Possession of strong analytical and collaboration skills
- Possession of strong verbal and written communication skills
- Master's degree in a technical field
- AWS Certified Developer or Databricks Certified Developer certification
