Lead Developer

An established business has partnered with Starboard Digital, to uncover a Software Architect / Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to lead and evolve their Microsoft Dynamics 365 capability.

This is a hands-on, on-site role working closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure and high-performing solutions across the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor the development team while owning the application roadmap
• Design end-to-end Dynamics 365 architectures (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
• Build and integrate solutions across D365, Power Apps, Power Automate and Azure
• Define integration patterns, data strategy and API governance
• Drive performance optimisation, upgrades and platform improvements
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• 2+ years' Microsoft Dynamics 365 development experience
• Strong background in architecture, customisation & solution design
• Solid Power Platform experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Azure integration exposure (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management)
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
