Reliability Engineer

We are looking for an Reliability Engineer to join a growing engineering business within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong maintenance, asset management, or CMMS/EAM system experience who enjoys working with data, systems, and engineering teams.

The Role: You'll support the management and optimisation of engineering assets, ensuring maintenance systems are accurate, up to date, and running effectively to improve performance and reduce downtime.

Key Duties:

• Manage and maintain the CMMS/EAM system (planned and reactive maintenance)
• Keep asset registers accurate and up to date
• Work closely with maintenance and operations teams on asset performance
• Support maintenance planning, shutdowns, and scheduling
• Analyse asset data and produce reports/KPIs
• Identify improvements to maintenance strategies and system processes
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and company standards

Do you have experience in CMMS?, * Engineering qualification

• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems
• Background in industrial, or heavy engineering environments
• Good understanding of mechanical and/or electrical equipment
