Job description

In this role, you'll play a key part in enabling the delivery of Market-wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) by coordinating and facilitating Agile delivery across multiple teams. Acting as a servant leader and facilitator, you'll ensure alignment, flow, and effective collaboration across delivery teams, supporting the successful execution of system releases within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment., * Facilitate and coordinate Agile Release Train (ART) activities, ensuring alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders

  • Support PI Planning, sprint cycles, and release planning activities, ensuring teams are prepared and aligned
  • Manage and track cross-team dependencies, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation
  • Enable effective Agile delivery practices, coaching teams to improve collaboration, flow, and delivery outcomes
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and technical teams to align priorities and delivery plans
  • Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and performance metrics to stakeholders
  • Support release readiness and deployment activities, ensuring smooth and coordinated releases
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery teams and release processes
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders
  • Support the removal of delivery impediments, enabling teams to deliver efficiently

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or delivery leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile and Agile delivery frameworks
  • Experience coordinating multi-team or large-scale Agile delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of dependency management, risk management, and delivery governance
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage complex delivery environments with multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery optimisation
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation or system implementation programmes
  • Experience within regulated environments, energy, or utilities sectors (desirable)
