Job description

Are you an IT helpdesk pro with knowledge in Office 365? I'm looking for a proactive helpdesk team member that will act as a triager, using their tech knowledge to be able to delegate to the right teams and deal with quick fixes.

Requirements

Experience in 1^st line support or similar
Experience and interest in IT services
Strong experience in Windows, Microsoft office, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
In depth knowledge of networking technologies including TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN
Computer based qualification
CompTIA Network+, Security+, Server+ or other certification
