Job description

We have a fabulous opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to join our team as a Data & Finance Analyst (Property). In this key role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our Group Property team, acting as a vital resource for the business and ensuring the accuracy and credibility of our global property data across 37 countries.

The successful candidate will be an advocate for data integrity-working closely with stakeholders in Real Estate, Construction, Facilities Management, and Finance to provide insightful reporting and pragmatic financial solutions. You will provide the essential support and analysis required to help shape property strategy and ensure our global portfolio is managed effectively., * Data Management: Maintain the global property database, ensuring data accuracy through regular liaison with internal stakeholders and external parties

  • ?Financial Analysis: Support the production of annual budgets, rent forecasts, and monthly disposal forecasts in collaboration with the FP&A team
  • ?Strategic Reporting: Prepare data for high-level strategy meetings and assist in creating monthly reporting packs for the CFO
  • ?Transaction Support: Provide financial modeling and analysis for acquisitions, relocations, lease expiries, and "Own vs. Lease" decisions
  • ?Process Optimization: Identify and implement new ways of working to improve reporting efficiency and robustness across the business
  • ?Technical Support: Develop Power BI dashboards for project reporting and provide spend analysis for Construction and Facilities management teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant area with experience in a finance, analytical or property environment
  • High standard of Excel & PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI is a significant advantage
  • Proven ability to model and interpret large data sets to identify commercial trends and drivers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across a matrix environment
  • A self-sufficient professional capable of meeting tight deadlines and defending financial positions where necessary
  • A dedicated team player focused on delivering high-quality, accurate reporting to support global property initiatives
