About the company
You want to use AI to transform how companies operate, make decisions, and grow? Then join us in shaping the next generation of AI-driven architectures for leading organizations worldwide. Design agentic platforms, autonomous delivery pipelines, and intelligent systems that translate enterprise knowledge into scalable business impact. Bring your unique strengths to our distinctive team - one that consistently supports each other. As part of the Boston Consulting Group, we drive innovation from the boardroom to the code.
Shape the world of tomorrow
* You will contribute to the design of AI-driven target architectures - from LLM orchestration and agentic AI to harness engineering in autonomous software factories such as the "Dark Software Factory" - and learn how to integrate these approaches into enterprise landscapes in a scalable way with measurable business impact
* You will develop rule sets, toolchains, evaluation frameworks and CI/CD integrations that govern the behavior of coding agents across the entire SDLC
* You will build modern software delivery approaches: from DevSecOps and CI/CD pipelines to automated testing and platform engineering in an enterprise context
* You will work directly with clients to translate business intent into precise, testable specifications that agents can execute
* You will support the design of evaluation and governance mechanisms that ensure AI systems are secure, transparent, and compliant with enterprise standards
* You will communicate architectures and results clearly and convincingly - to both technical teams and business stakeholders on the client side
This is how you can make a difference
