• You have completed (or are about to complete) a degree in computer science, business informatics, business mathematics, mathematics, AI engineering or a related field
• You have hands-on experience with AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) - for example through academic work, internships, university projects or personal experiments
• You understand concepts such as agent loops, evaluation and observability, MCP, deep agents, or AI-native architectures - and you are motivated to dive deeper
• Ideally, you have initial experience with agent evaluation, observability tools (e.g., Langfuse, LangSmith) or orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph)
• You enjoy tackling complex digital challenges and are enthusiastic about developing and communicating solutions
• You thrive in interdisciplinary teams and global environments and are flexible and willing to travel
• You are fluent in both German and English and can confidently understand and communicate complex topics in both languages
