Job description
Provide Level 1 support for the EWM business team Resolve day-to-day issues and raise incidents via ServiceNow Liaise with business teams and customers to ensure smooth operations Support integration with Warehouse Automation, MES, and satellite systems Align with IT teams for change requests and informal testing
Requirements
Strong SAP EWM knowledge Fluent in German (spoken & written) - Spanish NOT required Experience working with warehouse operators and customer-facing teams Hands-on experience in warehouse support, automated systems, and S/4HANA EWM, Experience with ASRS, AGV, conveyors, AMRs, or other warehouse automation Knowledge of IM & EWM processes, including inbound/outbound processing, physical inventory, HU management Familiarity with life sciences/pharmaceutical domain and GxP/SOX compliance
