Your tasks Manage and organize projects within the overall transformation from initiation to completion in coordination with the program management Develop project plans, define resource requirements, and ensure efficient resource allocation Actively collaborate with other project managers in the PMO to support the management of the transformation program Engage in effective stakeholder management to build trust and integrate the needs of all parties into the project strategy Ensure that deliverables are provided on time, within budget, and at the desired quality, and report to relevant stakeholders Create and track all necessary project documentation Drive change and actively contribute your knowledge to advance the projects Your profile
Requirements
Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics, engineering, or a comparable degree Extensive knowledge and experience in project management Ability to abstract, think innovatively, solve problems, and possess structuring and assertiveness skills High level of initiative and self-responsibility in project management Expertise in developing methods and best practices for high-quality project processes Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Very good language skills in German and English Willingness to learn and open to further development You are open to engaging more deeply with AI tools and using them for your work
