MES Business Solution Manager

• Drive MES implementation activities across global manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with MODA-ES best practices, standards, and project timelines.
• Guide and support site teams through each phase of MES deployment, including process modelling, validation activities, and documentation updates.
• Collaborate closely with IT project managers and cross-functional partners to integrate MES with Lonza systems and maintain high-quality system interfaces.
• Maintain and enhance MES application standards , managing system gaps, contributing to the global roadmap, and helping sites prioritize critical needs.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to define application roadmaps, ensure consistent deployment practices, and support cost and savings estimations.

• Proven experience in MES implementation across multiple phases, ideally with exposure to platforms such as MODA-ES, Pas-X, Syncade, or similar systems. Ideally experience in MES application deployment.
• Ability to work independently in a complex, global environment, managing multiple tasks while guiding sites through best-practice MES processes.
• Fluency in English (German language skills are a plus) with strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence engaging senior partners and cross-functional teams.
• Educational background in Life Sciences, IT, or a related field, paired with hands-on experience in the GMP regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing IT systems and integrations, with the curiosity and capability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
