• Review the code of engineers at different seniority levels to ensure that only high-quality code makes it to production
• Contribute on the improvement of the quality and health-level of our codebase, processes, and teams
• Collaborate with product and customer experience folks to better understand the feature you are building or the bugs you are fixing

• Communicate with clarity, concision, and empathy
• Strive to build and maintain emotionally safe environments where teams can do their best work
• Care deeply about code that reads well, is easy to maintain, and is very well-tested
• Take initiative, are self-managed, and dislike being micro-managed
• See things through without needing reminders or too much intervention and follow-up as required
• Expert JavaScripter and/or Rubyist
• Experience with using AI to enhance the development experience
• Inquisitive in nature and strive to understand the product, business domain, and users' needs
• Reflect critically about the team's work and processes, constantly striving for improvement
• Proficiency in German and full-stack experience is a bonus
