We are looking for graduates who can answer "yes" to the above for our Site Reliability Engineer Graduate Programme.

You will join our two-year programme as part of an SRE team, where you will use your technical and analytical skills to ensure the reliability and quality of the software we provide to our customers.

Role overview:
From day one, you'll be part of a real Site Reliability Engineering team, contributing to live systems and meaningful projects.
You will:
- Begin with our Future Talent induction, building connections with fellow graduates and learning how L&G operates.
- Work on real-world engineering challenges, supporting the reliability, availability, and performance of customer-facing systems.
- Learn how to design and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability, helping teams detect and resolve issues quickly.
- Use automation tools and frameworks to reduce manual work and improve system resilience.
- Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders across the business.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence.
- Take part in structured training, workshops, and mentoring to build strong foundations in Site Reliability Engineering principles.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to attain professional and industry recognised qualifications such as SRE Practitioner Certification (to be agreed with the successful candidate once they've joined).
Requirements
We're looking for graduates with a genuine interest in technology and a strong desire to learn. You don't need prior industry experience, but you should be motivated, curious, and ready to develop quickly., * A 2:1 degree or above in a STEM subject (or the ability to demonstrate strong technical interest from another discipline).
- An analytical mindset with good numerical skills.
- Strong problem solving abilities and logical thinking.
- Awareness of modern technologies such as cloud platforms and TypeScript/JavaScript based frameworks.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
