We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Data Analyst to join our team in Leeds. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams and high-profile clients, using your technical expertise and commercial mindset to improve data usage across the business.
We're looking for someone who can elevate our analytics function-advancing data models, building insight-driven solutions, and helping shape the future of marketing effectiveness at ARM. You'll also contribute to the evolution of our proprietary technology suite, ARMalytics, while supporting the team.

What you'll be doing
- Analyse the effectiveness of offline and digital marketing campaigns
- Identifying, analysing & solving issues with data/systems
- Support the team with advanced analytical queries
- Manipulate, process, and extract data across databases
- Mentor junior analysts in econometrics and reporting
- Explore innovative solutions to maintain ARM's competitive advantage
- Present ideas to enhance ARM's analytics capabilities
- Collaborate on user-path analysis across channels
- Drive analytics automation
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
- Ensure data privacy and security
- Communicate with clients regarding data ingestion, automation, and reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Statistics, Econometrics, Data Science, or similar
- Strong programming skills: MS SQL and R or Python
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- 3+ years' experience in a research or analytical role (media preferred)
- Statistical and econometric modelling skills
- Experience with data mining and auditing techniques
- Strong quantitative and interpretation abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Creative and innovative problem-solving skills
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills
