IT Manager

IT Manager / IT Operations Manager for managing the day-to-day operations of technology within an established Engineering company based in London.

You will not need to have hands on technical skills though working knowledge of Azure Cloud and Microsoft office 365 would be beneficial, as well as experience managing outsourced IT vendors.

You will be responsible for the effective delivery of Business-As-Usual (BAU) IT operations across the group, including the internal IT team and coordinating with the IT Vendors.

Some of your responsibilities will include;

• own day-to-day IT operations across regions
• Lead internal IT operations teams
• Act as the BAU escalation point
• Oversee onboarding, access and asset lifecycle
• Drive support standards with regional leads
• Manage vendors, SLAs and service reviews
• Coordinate incidents, changes, risk and controls

• Good IT operations experience across sites
• Managing distributed teams and service providers
• Incident, change and reporting processes
• Understand cloud, M365 and workplace environments
• Oversee delivery without needing to be hands-on
• Work well across teams, cultures and vendors
• I improve BAU stability, accountability and service quality
• Any French a plus

Pay: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
