Job description
Following a retirement, we have a vacancy for a Data Co-Ordinator, a vital role within the team. You will be responsible for all aspects of data & information: collecting it, recording on our database, extracting for reports and ultimately its archival. A key responsibility will be to act as one of the Data Controllers and ensure our compliance to Data Protection and GDPR. You will also maintain our mailing lists and produce regular e-bulletins to keep carers up-to-date., * Enter, update, and maintain data records with precision and attention to detail
- Utilise Microsoft Office programmes, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to prepare reports and correspondence
- Manage data entry tasks efficiently using CRM database
- Provide administrative support through document organisation, filing, and correspondence management
- Handle phone enquiries with professionalism and adhere to good phone etiquette
- Assist in organising schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members
- Ensure data accuracy by performing regular audits and quality checks
- Support other clerical duties as required to facilitate smooth office operations
Requirements
- Previous office experience is highly desirable, particularly in administrative or clerical roles
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM databases
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Good phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
- Prior experience in data entry or clerical work will be considered an asset
