Marketing Technical Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Technical Virtual Assistant who bridges the gap between creative marketing and technical execution. This isn't a traditional admin role; we need someone who is technically capable, obsessed with automation, and not afraid to get their hands dirty with AI and basic code.

You will be responsible for building the "under-the-hood" systems that power our marketing-from complex automations and high-converting funnels to AI-driven data reporting. You'll work closely with our lead technical team to ensure every campaign runs like clockwork. This is a full-time, remote position (40-50 hours/week) where you'll receive dedicated support to grow your technical stack.

• Funnel & Web Building: Technically set up and launch marketing funnels and websites within GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar builders.

• AI Data Orchestration: Use AI to gather data from various sources to generate reports, extract specific insights, and automate recurring administrative tasks.

• Ad Campaign Support: Handle the technical back-end setup of advertising campaigns (tracking pixels, lead forms, and integration logic).

• Light Technical Execution: Use tools like Cursor to perform basic code-related tasks or workarounds when standard integrations fall short.

• General VA Support: Execute repetitive operational tasks, administrative updates, and daily support as required by the marketing team., You'll receive full support to succeed in your role, including: Onboarding process training and specific technical task checklists.

• Hands-on guidance using Asana and Slack for project coordination.

• Ongoing mentorship from our senior Technical VAs and Team Leads.

• Prior Experience: Previous experience as a Tech VA, Marketing Operations VA, or Deliverables VA.
• Technical Aptitude: Strong logic-based thinking with a "no-fear" approach to learning new AI tools and technical platforms.
• Platform Knowledge: Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or equivalent funnel builders is a significant advantage.
• Automation Savvy: A basic understanding of automation logic (Triggers/Actions) is essential; experience with n8n or Zapier is preferred.
• Code Familiarity: Basic understanding of code (HTML/Javascript/Python) is a plus, though you do not need to be a professional coder.
• Language Skills: Good spoken and written English for clear internal collaboration.
• Work Ethic: Patient, solution-oriented, and thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with AI-driven workflows or LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
• Exposure to ad platforms (FB Ads Manager, Google Ads) from a technical setup perspective.
• Experience in startup, agency, or SaaS environments.
