Job description

  • Ensure all payroll-related tasks, including administration, salary calculation, and timely payment of wages, social security contributions, and taxes
  • Manage payroll processes autonomously, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and respect of deadlines
  • Handle monthly tax and social security declarations, as well as annual obligations and support during fiscal controls
  • Participate in the follow-up of early retirement dossiers
  • Ensure the administration and payment of supplementary pension schemes
  • Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of applicable labor, social security, and tax regulations
  • Support continuous improvement of HR administration and payroll processes
  • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the personnel budget
  • Provide payroll-related data for accounting closings (accruals, reconciliations, provisions, etc.)
  • Liaise with external auditors to ensure proper audit support for HR Services
  • Participate in the customization and improvement of HRIS tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with solid professional experience in payroll administration in Luxembourg
  • Strong knowledge of payroll accounting (provisions, budgeting, cost accounting, etc.)
  • Familiar with at least one payroll tool; experience with HR Information Systems is considered an asset
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken); German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset
  • Able to work autonomously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and reliability
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Team player with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
