The challenge You'll:

• Define and maintain a clear vision for IAM product(s) in scope.
• Prioritize and manage a well-structured backlog aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with architects, subject matter experts, and solution designers.
• Implement and embed IAM products and services within the organization.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and end-user requests in line with SLAs.
• Engage stakeholders effectively to align IAM solutions with business objectives.
• Foster a motivated and high-performing team culture.

• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) - Must.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager in the Financial Services sector - Must.
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification or equivalent - Must.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with governance, policies, and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Dutch and English - Must.
• Candidates must be based in the Netherlands - Must., + Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, SABSA).
