(lead) Java developer

As a Senior or Lead Java Developer you will work on developing and improving custom applications within a complex and extensive IT landscape. You mainly build on the backend with Java, Spring and JEE and play an important role in the further development of existing systems and new functionalities.

You combine hands-on development with a technical leading role. Approximately half of your time is spent programming. The rest of your time focuses on guiding developers, safeguarding code quality, reducing technical debt and aligning with product owners, architects and other teams.

In addition, you will receive responsibility over a team of four to five developers. You help them grow, safeguard the technical direction and ensure the team works together effectively. You work in an Agile Scrum environment in which collaboration, ownership and innovation are central.

· 5 years of experience with Java 17+

· Experience with Spring / JEE
