In your first 12 months, you will:
Take ownership of the development of the Mobile Service Cloud-a robust, cloud-native contact center platform trusted by leading brands like Auping, Fleurop, Revolution Beauty, AS Watson, and Yoursurprise. This platform consolidates communication channels such as Email, Phone, Live Chat, Contact Forms, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger into one seamless experience.
The Mobile Service Cloud is a mature and well-established solution with a proven track record of running 24/7, supporting thousands of customer service agents, and resolving millions of customer inquiries. It's a critical tool that enables businesses to deliver exceptional customer experiences at scale.
The future of customer service lies in automation and AI-powered solutions. While Mobile Service Cloud already supports millions of conversations, we're continuously innovating to make customer interactions smarter and more efficient. Requirements
- Extensive experience with C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL. You're eager to write clean, maintainable code and learn modern development practices
- While your focus is on backend development, you're open to working with frontend technologies like Vue.js or jQuery when needed
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms. You're also into Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices
- A senior mindset that enables you to coach colleagues, share knowledge, and foster growth within the team. You stay up to date with modern development techniques, including leveraging AI tooling in coding, and bring a strategic vision to development work and processes
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
