We are looking for a Manager Cloud & AI Platforms to join our growing team. In this role, you'll combine deep technical expertise with leadership and client engagement, acting as a trusted partner for both internal teams and clients. You'll help translate strategy into execution, oversee delivery, and ensure that technical initiatives are impactful, reliable, and aligned with business goals.

• Technical Project Ownership - Translate complex business needs into technical solutions and strategies
• Lead client engagements - Focused on Data Engineering and AI
• Advise senior stakeholders on cloud-based and AI-driven applications - Ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery - Ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely outcomes
• Drive client impact and business growth - Partner with clients by establishing trusted relationships, understanding priorities and challenges, and owning smooth delivery and long-term success
• Contribute to client account development - Identifying growth opportunities and supporting proposal efforts
• Reflect ADC's values - In all client interactions
• Enable and support your team - Act as a technical and people leader: inspire, guide, and mentor consultants while setting high standards
• Represent ADC - In thought leadership and knowledge-sharing forums

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Data and Cloud Engineering
• Strong expertise in AI applications and platforms - Modern cloud platforms and data architectures
• A solid understanding of the Data & AI landscape - You know how to speak with both technical and business audiences
• In-depth understanding of strategy consulting and a strong business acumen
• An entrepreneurial mindset - Proactive, hands-on, and energized by building in less structured environments
• Demonstrated leadership potential - With the ability to motivate, coach, and guide team members
• Drive and structure - You can bring in new opportunities and push them forward with clarity and ownership
• Fluent in English
