To be successful in this role, you should ideally have:

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

The following skills in front-end development: o Angular (modern versions) for building complex, component-based web UIs o TypeScript for type-safe, maintainable front-end development o React for building reusable UI components and interactive views o Responsive design and basic UI/UX principles for data dashboards and map interfaces

The following skills in middleware and APIs development: o C# for backend and middleware services o Flask (Python) for building and exposing REST APIs o Go (Golang) for high-performance backend/API services o Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs o Familiarity with authentication and authorisation (e.g., JWT, OAuth2) Other valued skills (not mandatory):

Salary (gross): 36.242,92 € Weekly working hours: 40h Contract type: Permanent linked to scientific and/or technical activities Functions to be developed: The full-stack profile will cover the end-to-end development of two different visual interfaces: (i) the SIME / i.CAT project interface, focused on providing insights to the energy officers of the Generalitat de Catalunya based on data from 10,000 public buildings; and (ii) the POWERUP and LEADNET project interface, centered on interactive maps. Qualification system: The requisites and merits will be evaluated on a scale of 100 points. Such a maximal note will be obtained by summing up the following points:
- Computer science skills: 30%
- Training and development: 20%
- Professional experience: 15%
- Language skills: 5%
- Selective tests and interview: 30% The deadline for registration to the offer ends on 30th April, 2026 at 12 noon. This contract is funded by the projects "LEADNET: Empowering local and regional authorities' clean energy transition capacities through digitalization and networking", "POWERUP: Promoting Opportunities for Wide-scale Energy Renewal: Unlocking Potential", funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe programme (GA No. 101216072 & 101235894), and "Addenda INFRAESTRUCTURES / ICAEN", funded by the Generalitat de Catalunya / Infraestructures.CAT. The preselected candidates may be requested to send the documentation required in the "Requirements" and "Merits" sections, duly scanned, and may be called to go through selection tests (which might be of eliminatory nature) and / or personal interviews.
