Job description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Application & Production Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support for our platforms, including web and mobile applications, with a strong focus on payment systems., * Continuously monitor system performance and application health (web & mobile) using tools like Grafana, Kibana, and AWS CloudWatch.
- Ensure smooth transaction flows for payment systems with minimal downtime.
- Handle P1, P2, and P3 incidents, perform troubleshooting, debugging, and log analysis to meet SLA targets.
- Lead and participate in bridge calls during critical incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures to reduce recurring issues.
- Monitor key events (impressions, clicks, UPI transactions, etc.) and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Manage user accounts, ensuring proper access control and security compliance.
- Support deployments in Production and UAT environments.
- Evaluate and test APIs using tools like Postman and Rest Client for seamless integrations.
- Work with SQL queries for data validation, campaign tracking, and issue resolution.
- Manage and resolve tickets via Jira, Zendesk, and ServiceNow within defined SLAs.
- Administer Linux systems, troubleshoot OS-level issues, and automate tasks using shell scripting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors; conduct technical discussions and presentations.
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in production support environments.
- Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, AWS CloudWatch).
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and Linux systems.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Requirement:
- Candidate must be willing to work in flexible shifts, including rotating night shifts.
