In the past 4 years, we've grown to £6M+ annual revenue, and we are continuing to scale quickly with a significantly expanded product range.
We are also launching a second website focused on B2B sales.
To support this growth, we are building a proper in-house technical setup with senior external oversight.
Why This Role Exists
Our current platform has suffered from typical agency issues - too many plugins, fragile updates, and performance limitations.
We're fixing that properly.
We need a developer who understands how e-commerce sites actually behave in production - not just how to build them.
The Role
You'll be working on a live WooCommerce platform and supporting the build of a second B2B site.
Your responsibilities will include:

Implementing features across front-end and back-end

Fixing bugs and improving stability

Supporting performance improvements

Maintaining clean, reliable code

Managing updates safely (no breaking live site)

Supporting checkout, payments, and order flows
You'll work under clear technical direction from a senior consultant.
Requirements
2-5 years experience with WordPress / WooCommerce

Hands-on experience working on live e-commerce stores

Good understanding of:

PHP

JavaScript

MySQL

Experience working with:

checkout flows

payment gateways

shipping / order logic

Comfortable debugging real issues on production systems
