Data Analyst B2C

B2C Value Management and Analytics Tribe is responsible for analyzing customer data, optimizing marketing strategies, and enhancing user experience to drive business growth. Their insights and data-driven decisions significantly contribute to increased customer engagement and profitability of the company.

• Drive data delivery and collaborate closely with B2C stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, CX, Digital) as well as Data Teams.
• Support and actively contribute to the organization's data transformation journey toward a fully data-driven culture.
• Enable B2C departments to leverage data effectively by guiding data-driven decision-making and supporting employees in the use of reports and analytics tools.
• Define and refine analytics and reporting requirements, analyze data trends and patterns, and develop clear dashboards and visualizations to generate actionable insights.
• Support and coordinate data projects from a B2C perspective, ensuring all delivered insights and solutions align with departmental needs and business objectives.

• You hold a degree in a data science-related field and have several years of relevant professional experience?
• You have advanced skills in SQL, Python, Tableau as well as in data analysis and data visualization?
• You demonstrate strong analytical thinking, a solution-oriented mindset and thrive in collaborative environments?
• Your English skills are excellent and you have at least basic knowledge of German?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR3.107,21 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
