Job description

  • Collaborate closely with data teams; turn analytical prototypes into ML products across the Group
  • Design, build, and operate ML solutions on Databricks using Python, MLflow and feature engineering
  • Implement end-to-end MLOps incl. exp. tracking, versioning, testing, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring, and retraining
  • Integrate models with data pipelines, databases/backends, APIs, and front ends; batch and real-time inference use cases
  • Contribute reusable templates, standards, and documentation to enable roll-out across the Group
  • Ensure quality, security, performance, and cost-efficiency of productive ML solutions

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning / data science with strong software engineering skills in Python
  • Practical experience with Databricks and MLflow, taking ML models from experimentation to production
  • Familiar with Spark/SQL, feature engineering, model evaluation, model serving, monitoring, and CI/CD
  • Strong interest in building reusable, production-grade AI & Analytics solutions for business use cases across the Group
  • Excellent communication & teamwork, independent and solution-oriented working style, very good English; German is a plus

  • More Benefits, Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,668.49 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant.
