Job description
- AI Implementation: You are the driver for our AI roadmap. You integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) and transform them into real-world product value
- Agentic Systems & Workflows: You design and implement advanced agentic patterns, including tool/function calling, ReAct loops, multi-step orchestration, and intelligent memory systems
- Collaborative Engineering: You work closely with our Data Engineer on data-to-product integration and contribute to our CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality deployments
- Security & Reliability: You implement security best practices, with a specific focus on prompt injection defense, output validation, and data privacy
Requirements
- JVM & Python Proficiency: You are experienced - or have a strong desire to make it your primary language -in Kotlin/JVM (Spring Boot, Hibernate) and you are solid in Python (FastAPI)
- AI Expertise: You have Hands-On experience integrating LLM APIs into live products. You understand RAG, context management, and reasoning patterns. Experience with LangGraph is a big plus
- Tech Stack Foundations: You are comfortable with PostgreSQL and have basic knowledge of TypeScript (React/Redux) - Familiarity with GCP is an advantage
- Security Mindset: You build with a "security-first" approach (OWASP Top 10) and understand the unique challenges of LLM-based applications.
- Language: Strong English is mandatory - Proficient German skills are a plus
