Job description
As an Azure Cloud Administrator , you will be responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing our Azure cloud infrastructure. Your primary duties will include deploying, configuring, and maintaining Azure services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across environments. You will lead infrastructure automation initiatives using Terraform and/or Azure-native IaC tools, support and enhance CI/CD pipelines, and act as a senior technical reference for troubleshooting complex cloud issues. Additionally, you will provide guidance and technical support to internal teams and customers, helping ensure a reliable, scalable, and secure cloud platform., * Design, deploy, configure, and manage Azure services and resources.
- Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or Bicep/ARM templates.
- Perform advanced system administration tasks, including monitoring, backup strategies, identity and access management, and security hardening.
- Collaborate closely with development and DevOps teams to support and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex Azure infrastructure and platform issues.
- Provide technical leadership, support, and guidance to internal teams and customers.
- Contribute to cloud architecture decisions and best practices.Stay up to date with the latest Azure features, services, and cloud best practice
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as an Azure Cloud Administrator.
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate , Azure Solutions Architect Expert , or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform).
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services, networking, security, and architecture.
- Solid experience with system administration in cloud and hybrid environments.
- Scripting and programming skills (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with coworkers, stakeholders, and customers., * Additional certifications in cloud, security, or DevOps technologies.
- Experience with multi-cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).Experience with governance, cost management, and enterprise-scale Azure landing zones.
