Job description

Agile Coach (Data & Analytics) | Edinburgh/Glasgow (Hybrid) Contract | £500/day (Outside IR35)

Parity Network is recruiting on behalf of a public sector organisation seeking an Agile Coach for an initial 6-month contract. This hybrid role requires time on-site in either Edinburgh or Glasgow.

Join a growing Data & Analytics function, shaping Agile delivery across Data Science, Data Engineering, and AI product teams.

What you'll do:

  • Coach teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement
  • Support delivery of Data & AI products
  • Facilitate planning, collaboration, and cross-team alignment
  • Drive Agile adoption across multiple teams during a period of growth

You'll bring:

  • Strong Agile coaching experience (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
  • Experience in Data, AI, or digital product environments
  • Ability to influence teams and stakeholders at all levels
