A UX Designer II contributes to defining customer interactions for our products. She/he executes design work within an established strategy and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centred solutions., * Works with product, engineering, and design stakeholders to explore solutions.

- Designs appropriately for different platforms and devices
- Uses design tools (e.g. Figma) proficiently
- Collaborates effectively with engineering teams
- Prepares and communicates design specifications for development, Practices Self-Development
- Actively seeks and applies feedback to improve performance
- Builds skills in core UX competencies
- Demonstrates awareness of strengths and development areas
