Job description
An innovative deep-tech start-up developing next-generation computing hardware for autonomous and edge systems is seeking a Senior Embedded Engineer. You'll play a key role in shaping architecture, driving digital design from concept to tape-out, and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams. Role Requirements:
- Port and optimise RTOS or Linux kernels for custom hardware
- Develop drivers for memory controllers and hardware interfaces
- Build and maintain the Hardware Abstraction Layer
- Design secure boot sequences and firmware updates
Requirements
- Experience with embedded C/C++ and low-level firmware development
- Strong understanding of OS internals
- Experience in debugging hardware using logic analysers and oscilloscopes
- Experience with high-speed interfaces (PCIe, CXL, DDR)
