Requirements

Strong capability in vehicle-level evaluation, system performance analysis, and diagnostic investigation.

Experience conducting testing across multiple facilities (proving grounds, labs, workshops).

Ability to work effectively in shift-based and weekend testing environments.

High-level analytical and data interpretation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational and workload-management abilities.

Proactive problem-solving and ownership of tasks. Education & Qualifications

Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, Systems, or similar) - preferred.

Proven experience in vehicle testing, validation, or development engineering.

Familiarity with automotive systems, instrumentation, diagnostics, and test methodologies is advantageous.

Must have a valid UK driving licence (essential for vehicle-level testing and facility operation).
