C# / .NET Developer (Remote - UK)

This is a hands-on development role, ideal for a developer who enjoys writing code, improving existing systems, and learning new technologies as part of a small team.

You will:

• Work on existing and new features in C# / .NET web applications
• Maintain and improve current systems under guidance from the team
• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Work with SQL databases and Entity Framework
• Build and update front-end functionality using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
• Integrate and consume third-party APIs, including AI services
• Collaborate with colleagues via Teams in a fully remote setup

• Commercial experience as a C# developer
• Experience working with .NET Framework and/or .NET Core
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience using Entity Framework
• Front-end experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery
• Experience using Git for version control
• Comfortable working independently on assigned tasks
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

AI-Related Work (Desirable)

• Interest in working with AI-enabled features
• Experience integrating or consuming AI or automation APIs
• Curiosity about how AI can enhance existing applications

You do not need prior AI specialisation - support and learning time will be provided.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to .NET MAUI or mobile development
• Basic familiarity with IIS or hosting environments
• Experience working in an Agile or iterative development process
