Engineering Lead (Java) - Retail Bank

I'm currently supporting a leading Retail Bank in their search for an experienced Engineering Lead to join their flagship platform. They are looking for someone to come in and drive the strategy behind engineering on the platform with a focus on leading a team of talented engineers which would involve occasional hands-on coding.
