Job description
- Planning, implementation and administration of Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune)
- Setup, configuration and management of Microsoft Azure resources (Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Networking, Storage, etc.)
- Development and execution of hybrid cloud strategies and migrations (including transitions from on-premises environments)
- Ensuring compliance, security, and governance across cloud services
- Automation and optimization of recurring operational processes
- Systematic troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues in daily operations
- Supporting the creation of IT security policies and security concepts
- Completing assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and deadlines
- Supporting IT audits
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT or a comparable qualification
- Relevant IT certifications or equivalent professional qualifications in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or related areas are an advantage
- Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS, PaaS, Networking, Identity, Security)
- Solid practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 (including Exchange, Teams, Intune) Experience in one or more of the following is beneficial:
- Cloud security, hybrid scenarios, automation, and compliance
- Project experience implementing modern workplace solutions and cloud infrastructures
