Transformation Lead S4/Hana

As Transformation Lead S/4HANA, you take on a pivotal role by leading a global transformation program and ensuring the successful delivery of our strategic objectives.

• Definition and Owning of the global S/4HANA program strategy, vision, and roadmap, aligning them with the overall transformation goals
• Primary interface between executive leadership, business units, and IT, ensuring strong alignment across all stakeholders
• You establish robust governance structures, including steering committees, risk management, and clear decision-making frameworks
• Overseeing program planning, execution, and resource allocation across all major workstreams and drive the adoption of agile methodologies
• Definition and trackingof key performance indicators to measure business impact and ensure sustainable value realization beyond go-live
• You proactively identify risks and challenges and implement effective mitigation strategies to secure program success
• Managing external partners and ensuring efficient collaboration as well as strong supplier management practices

• You ideally bring extensive experience in leading complex transformation programs or ERP implementations, preferably within an SAP S/4HANA environment
• You have proven experience in managing cross-functional initiatives and integrating business, process, and technology requirements
• You demonstrate strong communication skills and are able to translate complex topics into clear messages while engaging diverse stakeholders
• You feel confident interacting with senior stakeholders and ideally have experience working with executive leadership
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic way and maintain clarity in complex environments
• You are characterized by a hands-on mindset, high level of motivation, and strong leadership and collaboration skills
