Job description

  • Responsible for the integration and optimization of AdTech and retail media systems
  • Coordinate collaboration with internal product and engineering teams as well as external technology partners
  • Implement and manage API integrations, data feeds, and taxonomies
  • Execute identity matching processes and monitor ad delivery logic and activation workflows
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies, consent models, and GDPR requirements
  • Analyze technical processes and identify optimization potential in advertising systems
  • Monitor market and technology trends in programmatic technologies and retail media and derive actionable recommendations

Requirements

We take a competency-based and fair approach to recruiting, that´s why we look beyond your experience to understand how you create impact, grow through change, and collaborate for success., * Ideally several years of hands-on experience in AdTech integration, programmatic technologies, or retail media technologies

  • Experience working with ad serving and activation platforms as well as data clean room technologies
  • Knowledge of audience and identity workflows, ideally combined with experience in programmatic digital out-of-home systems (for example supply-side platforms or Broadsign)
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in API integrations, data feeds, and taxonomies
  • Experience in identity matching (for example hashed identifiers) as well as in ad delivery logic and activation workflows
  • Solid understanding of data governance, consent models, and the basics of GDPR
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and external technology partners
