You'll make an impact by You support the design and implementation of IoT architectures in industrial environments, focusing on machine connectivity, data acquisition, and edge device processing Building on this, you assist in the development and optimization of edge applications, ensuring their reliability and scalability Furthermore, you contribute to the implementation and monitoring of security concepts for OT environments, helping to protect connected systems To deepen your understanding, you analyze data flows and communication patterns such as MQTT and REST within Industrial IoT settings Lastly, you conduct research on emerging technologies and trends in Industrial Edge and OT security, providing valuable insights for ongoing projects This is how you'll win us over Education: You are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or a similar field Experience and Skills: Strong interest in Industrial IoT, connected systems, and modern manufacturing Basic knowledge of networking, communication protocols (e.g., MQTT), or software development Fundamental understanding of IT security concepts such as authentication and encryption is an advantage Ways of Working: You work in a structured and independent manner and enjoy taking initiative Languages: You have a good command of English; German language skills are an advantage You are much more than your qualifications, and we believe in the potential of every single candidate.
