Job description

This role is ideal for someone who can drive end-to-end AI & data science solutions - from use-case definition to production deployment - with a strong focus on real-world data (RWD).

What You'll Be Doing

Define DS & AI strategies, roadmaps, and use-case portfolios
Work with real-world data (EHR/EMR, claims, registries, PROs)
Design and validate ML models (predictive, NLP, time-series, LLMs)
Enable omnichannel analytics (NBA, segmentation, A/B testing)
Guide MLOps & production readiness (CI/CD, monitoring, model governance)
Ensure compliance & data governance (GDPR, audit readiness)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical, Market Access, Commercial)

Requirements

6+ years in Data Science / AI within pharma, biotech, or healthcare
Strong experience with
Real-World Data (RWD)
Proven delivery of end-to-end AI/ML solutions
Exposure to MLOps / scalable deployments
Strong stakeholder communication & consulting mindsetGerman (B2+) & English proficiency
