IT ENGINEERING SENIOR CONSULTANT

• Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain and logistics technology needs and challenges.

• Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current IT infrastructure and logistics processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

• Solution Development: and discuss new strategies, processes, and action plans to address client challenges and meet their objectives.

• Implementation Support: Work closely with clients to oversee the implementation of recommended IT solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption.

• Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions and track progress.

• Technology Integration: Provide guidance on the integration of IT solutions, such as WMS, TMS, ERP and Business Intelligence systems, to streamline supply chain operations.

• Change Management: Assist clients in managing organizational change and IT adoption, helping teams adapt to new technology and processes.

• Documentation: Create comprehensive project documentation, reports, and action plans for clients and internal teams.

• IT Assessment: Conduct in-depth assessments of clients' current IT systems related to the Supply Chain, identifying areas for improvement.

• Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and project teams to design customized IT solutions, which may include software selection, system integration, and workflow optimization.

• Client Presentation: Present solutions and recommendations to clients, tailored to their specific logistics technology needs and challenges.

• Project Management: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project activities, ensuring efficient project execution within established timelines and budgets.

• Data Analysis: Analyse data and performance metrics to track the impact of Supply Chain and/or Intralogistics Solutions. Manage to extract, normalize, and shape the data for the analysis.

• IT Expertise: Stay updated with the latest IT solutions and emerging technologies in logistics and supply chain management.

• Sales Support: Collaborate with Managers to support the process for creating new offer proposals to the clients., Languages: Spanish and English (professional working proficiency). Other languages are a plus. What's in it for you:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Master's degree or specialized training in logistics/supply chain or digital transformation is a plus. Skills/Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT consulting, logistics, or supply chain management.

Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes, industry trends, and best practices.

Proficiency in IT solutions such as warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and project teams.

Problem-solving skills to identify complex challenges and provide data-driven solutions.

Project management experience and the ability to work within project timelines and budgets.
