This is a high-impact role where you will be a critical partner to Technical Officers and ETOs (Electro-Technical Officers) on board exclusive vessels. Your goal is to ensure our technology remains at the pinnacle of performance.

Premium Support: Provide swift, high-level 1st-line support that aligns with the luxury industry.
Infrastructure Evolution: Proactively manage software and infrastructure updates to future-proof client systems.
Technical Mastery: Use Linux and Docker to deploy and manage containerized solutions across diverse hardware.

Requirements

The Tech Stack: You have experience with Linux and Docker and are comfortable at the command line.

The Specialist: You have a proven track record in software support and troubleshooting complex integrations between networks and hardware.
The Communicator: You are fluent in English to support our international clientele.
