Job description

As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the successful, strategic delivery of complex, cross-functional engineering programmes. You will lead complex, multi-team initiatives end-to-end, from concept and design through to build, testing and release, managing scope, dependencies and delivery outcomes. A key focus will be driving cross-team alignment and ensuring smooth execution across engineering and business functions.

You'll champion Agile and Scrum best practices, oversee key metrics such as velocity and capacity and provide clear, transparent reporting to stakeholders. Acting as an escalation point, you'll remove impediments, coach teams on delivery excellence and lead core Agile ceremonies.

You will also take ownership of programme risks and release strategy, ensuring deployments are well-coordinated, environments are ready and delivery remains stable, predictable and high quality.

Requirements

  • You have experience as an Agile Project Manager within consulting / technology services environments
  • You have experience of working in complex enterprise environments utilising Microsoft, Google, or comparable technology stacks, managing technical programs or serving in a senior capacity
  • You have experience of delivering large-scale, multi-year initiatives with interconnected dependencies including managing the financial aspects of the project
  • You have an advanced knowledge of Agile software development methodologies including Scrum
  • You have experience with advanced reporting for key stakeholders, workflow management and defining organisational standards
  • You have excellent collaboration and communication skills
