Requirements
- Proven experience in engineering, ideally within heavy industry or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of root cause analysis, FMEA, RCM, and failure analysis
- Hands-on experience with condition monitoring techniques such as vibration, thermography, or ultrasound
- Experience with CMMS systems like Maximo * Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering
