Job description

As a Technical Team Lead, you will be working in an Agile development framework, triaging and allocating requests for development activities within the team. This role will involve excellent people management, looking at your team's personal development and ensuring training is always up to date.

Core duties:

  • Translating business requirements and rules in into technical design specifications
  • Working with multidimensional and relational data sets to support the creation of Modelled datasets
  • Updating all development activities in Air Data & Analytics change management database and ensure all statuses follow a development lifecycle
  • Working closely with key stakeholders within business functions to transition completed development to business as usual and provide the appropriate standard operating procedures

Requirements

  • Experience managing a technical team
  • Resource management experience - capacity demand planning
  • Experience working in an AGILE development framework
