Job description

We are looking for a Change Manager with experience in Data & Analytics to drive organisational readiness and design and embed strategies for Primark's D&A Programme. The D&A programme will uplift Primark's Data & Analytical Capabilities through the introduction of a Modern Data Platform, Enhanced Data Governance, Cutting-edge Insight and Analytics, with increased value delivered through AI and simplified reporting.

The Change Manager will be responsible for planning and delivering end-to-end change across the D&A Programme, ensuring adoption of new processes, systems and behaviours, working closely with business stakeholders to design, execute and embed effective change interventions., We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you'll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, delivery, embedding, and measurement of change activities for the D&A Programme, including impact assessments, learning needs, communications, and capacity analysis, while managing change risks and dependencies.
  • Deliver pragmatic change support across a global, multi-functional organisation, considering international navigation and cross-border activation requirements.
  • Develop and deliver resources to enable, embed, and measure D&A change adoption across the business.
  • Partner closely with Business teams, the D&A team, and People & Culture to ensure aligned communications, training, and transparent delivery.
  • Apply structured change management methodologies across the programme while remaining flexible to evolving priorities and ambiguity.
  • Embed the D&A operating model, including new ways of working, roles, governance forums, and decision-making processes.
  • Lead the implementation and embedding of new D&A processes, tools, data governance, and reporting capabilities, working closely with Project Managers to align change activities with delivery plans and operational readiness.

Create data-led engagement, adoption, and benefits-realisation strategies, ensuring sustained change and post-implementation accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience delivering change within large-scale programmes, ideally across data, analytics, or technology-driven transformations.
  • Hands-on expertise in change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training plans, and structured change management frameworks.
  • Strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing capability, building trusted relationships and driving adoption across complex, global functions.
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable communicator with strong ownership, accountability, and the courage to lead through ambiguity and change.
