Full-Stack Engineer (Growth)

This is a high-impact Full-Stack Engineer (Growth) role, focused on building and shipping features that directly influence user acquisition, engagement, and revenue. You'll work across the entire stack and collaborate closely with product, AI, and infrastructure teams to drive measurable outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and shipping growth experiments end-to-end (frontend, backend, data)
• Owning metrics: defining hypotheses, instrumenting funnels, and analyzing results
• Designing and developing scalable APIs, services, and user-facing features
• Identifying high-impact growth opportunities across integrations, automation, and AI workflows
• Working across technologies including React, TypeScript, backend services, and data pipelines
• Driving real product impact with a clear link to revenue

• Strong experience as a full-stack engineer (frontend + backend)
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Go, Python, or C++
• Experience building scalable production systems and APIs
• A product-focused mindset with strong user empathy
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership
• Ability to move quickly and deliver end-to-end solutions

Salary: £60 - 80k per annum
