- Data Entry: High-volume logging of repair requests and work orders into our management system.
- System Maintenance: Keeping job statuses updated (e.g., moving jobs from "Pending" to "Complete").
- Document Control: Uploading site photos, safety certificates, and engineer reports.
- Compliance Tracking: Ensuring all necessary compliance data is recorded and filed correctly.
- Invoicing Support: Matching engineer timesheets against work orders to help the finance team.

Our Contract Managers are busy out on the field and running sites, and we need a dedicated "anchor" in the office to ensure our systems are accurate, our jobs are logged, and our paperwork is flawless. This is an entry-level position perfect for a college leaver or someone looking to start an apprenticeship in business administration., * Accuracy: You are the person who spots a typo from a mile away.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using Excel and quick to learn new software.
- Reliability: You enjoy "clearing the deck" and making sure no paperwork is left over at the end of the day.
- Communication: A professional manner when speaking with engineers or clients.
