Job description
We are looking for 2 Freelance AI Experts (m/f/x).
Start: ASAP End: 30.09.2026 with an option Capacity: Full-time Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Design and review secure AI IAM architectures (RBAC/ABAC, zero trust, least privilege)
- Define access models for human, technical, and AI identities (incl. service accounts, APIs, agents)
- Develop IAM concepts for AI platforms (SAP AI, SAP BTP, hyperscalers, MLOps, data platforms)
- Configure and govern AI access via Cloud Access Manager (CAM)
- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations (eg, EU AI Act, GDPR, ISO, NIST)
- Support audits, risk assessments, and security reviews
- Advise stakeholders and contribute to AI IAM standards and best practices
Required Experience
- 10+ years in IAM, security architecture, and access governance
- Strong expertise in identity life cycle, provisioning, PAM, and SoD
- Experience securing AI systems, platforms, and machine-to-machine access
- Hands-on experience with CAM for AI access control
- Ability to translate security requirements into technical IAM implementations
- Experience with audits, compliance, and technical documentation
Nice to Have
- Experience with SAP AI, SAP BTP, or SAP Identity Services
- Background in AI governance or security standards development
Requirements
